• Presently buffer boundary of Satpura tiger reserve is taken as eco sensitive zone boundary

• Area where core is not covered with buffer, boundary of 2 km distance from core boundary is taken as ECZ boundary.

• Earlier proposed ecz notification was having area of 1051.70 sq km.

• Presently proposed area is of 1079.43 sq km(794.04 sq km buffer+285.39 sq km of other forest division) which includes revenue area adjacent to forest area
